Spelthorne Civic Awards open for nominations

Individuals and voluntary organisations are invited to nominate people for a Spelthorne Civic Award for their dedication to the community.

Nominated people must have given voluntary service to the community for at least 12 years.

Trustees of the Spelthorne Civic Trust, which will present the awards, will meet in November and again in Febrary 2009 to consider the nominations.

Nomination forms are available from the Trust Secretary Carol Davies on 01784 255432.

The closing date for nominations is January 31 2009.
