RAF band to perform in Staines

The RAF President's band will be entertaining people at a Staines Rotary Club event later on Saturday November 21.

The club are holding a charity concert to raise money for Daybreak, who support people suffering from long-term illnesses and health problems.

On the night, The Royal Air Forces Association President's band, which is based in Uxbridge, will play a number of popular songs.

Diane Scott, past present of the Rotary club, said: "The club is delighted to be associated with Daybreak, and this event forms part of our calendar of events. We are hoping to attract music lovers and enthusiasts to come along and join us for what will hopefully be a wonderful evening of entertainment."

The event will take place in St Peter's Church, in Laleham Road, Staines, and tickets cost £10

Tickets can be bought by visiting hairdressers Blowers or Hair by Emiles, in Church Street, Staines, or by ringing 01784 441100, or 01784 452 742.
